“It’s an easy to read and inviting take by someone writing about their personal experience as a client, not from the outside governmental regulator, social work, elder care marketing, care provider or system administrators POV, and would ably serve as a introductory icebreaker for a more detailed future chat.

As the book was published posthumously, it also speaks well about the late author’s family who supported her. Tuck away this title.” — Reader Review

Margery Fridstein finished her book in 2016, but passed away while her literary agent was shopping her manuscript to publishers. Her children honored her desire to share it with the world and published it posthumously.

They’ve embraced the opportunity to share it with the world, and are hosting events in Margery’s honor and memory in Aspen, CO, as well as the Denver, Chicago, and Seattle metro areas.

This page is being updated often, so check back regularly.

If you’re interested in inviting Peggy, Tom, Kathy, or Nancy to share My Last Stop at your bookstore, book club, CCRC, or community center, please use the Contact form.

Due to COVID-19, we have postponed future in-person events but we are available for virtual events.
